Meet the Founder

Kevin Keithley is a Silicon Valley based entrepreneur, investor, inventor, and capitalist with
30 + years experience in putting transactions together. 

Kevin’s philosophy is, “You are the writer, producer and director of your life and also the critic.” 

Although he married a teacher and loves to teach, he’s not a ‘Real Estate Guru” at the front of the room teaching.
DealFlow is where attendees are both teachers and students so learning is accelerated. When asked how DealFlow was created, Kevin states, “I’m an avid student of philosophy, personal growth & development and for years noticed how people negotiate against themselves based on past experiences and fears and anxieties about future events. DealFlow creates experiences so people can see this for themselves and how this ‘background noise’ clouds decision making and mutually beneficial transactions. Successful transactions are about being of service to others and a principle I firmly believe in: 

“Don’t offer someone something you wouldn’t be willing to accept yourself.“
